Upcoming Part 2 Courses - Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch PDF Print E-mail

The Part 2 course is an experiential vacation in the true sense of the word. Complete with silence, meditation, seva (service) and celebration, it helps one emerge refreshed, revitalized and invigorated.

The Part 2 course will take place in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. There are limited seats, so register early to avoid dissapointment.

Upcoming YES Couse in July School Holidays PDF Print E-mail

The Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES!) is a fun and challenging life skills and leadership programme that provides young adults with practical knowledge and effective tools to reduce stress, manage negative emotions, and develop social and leadership skills. This is a workshop for youth, 13-18 years.

Eliminating Stress – Increasing Energy – Creating Centredness PDF Print E-mail
The Art of Living Foundation is the world's largest volunteer-based Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) active in 157 countries. It runs stress elimination and self-development courses for individuals, and service projects that have benefited 25 million people on six continents. The Foundation has special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations.

In New Zealand, the Art of Living runs practical courses that benefit young and old alike, youth empowerment courses, plus specialist courses for prisoners. These energising courses have lasting benefits to body and mind. We also run service projects around the country.
